  • WHAT GAVE YOU THE ENVY TO BE INDEPENDENT AND CREATE YOUR OWN COMPANY?

Very early in my life, I searched for independence. At 25 years, I left the law firm where I was employed to taste the profession as an independent lawyer, living my mandates fully and with passion. Creating a new brand in a different industry a few years ago in the UAE was only the continuity of a feature of my personality.

  • WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU DO EVERY MORNING TO START YOUR DAY PROPERLY?

I open the curtains and I deeply enjoy the view of the sea and the islands of Abu Dhabi, which is the only view I see from my bed every morning, as I live on the 65thfloor of a building. I have to say that this vision enlightens my day and inspires me before even I get my coffee or watch my phone.

  • DO YOU BELIEVE THAT BEAUTY IS A TOOL TO EMPOWER WOMEN?

Yes, beauty is a booster to women's self-confidence. At the same time, I believe that charisma is more powerful and can be reached naturally with a genuine smile.

  • HOW DO YOU FIND THAT PERFECT WORK/FAMILY BALANCE?

Honestly, I don’t find it. I juggle literally between my work responsibilities, my 2 young kids, my love life and my social life, which is very dense too. I m convinced though that a woman can actually be juggling well among all the aspects of her life and that woman is not fully in harmony with herself if she abandons one facet for the benefit of others.

  • WHAT DID YOU WANT TO DO WHEN YOU WERE A LITTLE GIRL?

I had in my childhood an enormous love for animals, and in particular for cats and dogs. I used to take for a walk the dogs of the refuge center every Saturday. My dream was to work closely for these animals in the refuge center next to my home.

  • WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO THE YOUNG YOU IF YOU COULD MEET HER?

I was a shy and lonely young girl. Often I could think that I was not beautiful and uninteresting for the others. I would tell the young me to show confidence and to take advantage of every second of this life to self –growth, and enjoyment.

  • COULD YOU TELL US WHAT IS AN "INFLUENTE" WOMAN FOR YOU?

It s a woman that makes the difference and brings that extra to the others. It s a woman that can influence positively the society and that impacts her close circle, her team of workers that is under her guidance and more widely the overall community.

  • NAME A WOMEN, PAST OR PRESENT? WHOM YOU ADMIRE?

It s difficult for me to name only one woman. In general, I admire women who have the courage of their ideas and down step back. Women who are tough when needed but sweet at the same time. A woman gets my admiration when I can feel she pursues/ pursued her path with authenticity, passion and full dedication.

  • WHAT ADVICE YOU CAN GIVE TO ALL THE WOMEN WHO WANTS TO BE INDEPENDENT?

Work for it. Believe in it. Work harder. Believe harder. Don’t abandon.
